“Harf & Esem” (the “Initiative”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a Qatari children’s and family creative initiative operated by Wisdom Seven (the operator) and produced under its creative label Sand Dunes Studio, both based in the State of Qatar. This website, www.harfesem.com, is owned and managed by us. «حرف وإسم» (ويُشار إليها بـ«المبادرة» أو «نحن» أو «نا») مبادرة إبداعية قطرية موجّهة للأطفال والعائلة، تُشغّلها شركة وِزدم سفن (Wisdom Seven) بصفتها المشغّل، وتُنتَج تحت علامتها الإبداعية استوديو ساند ديونز، وكلاهما مقرّه دولة قطر. هذا الموقع، www.harfesem.com، مملوكٌ ومُدارٌ من قِبَلنا.

This policy applies to personal information we collect through this website and our related sites — including the Fateen game at games.harfesem.com — and our direct communications with you (for example, by email). 4.Children’s privacyخصوصية الأطفال
Although Harf & Esem creates content for children, this website is intended for adults — investors, festivals, partners and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We ask that anyone under 18 use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and we do not request personal details from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. رغم أن «حرف وإسم» تُنتج محتوى للأطفال، فإن هذا الموقع موجّه للبالغين — المستثمرين والمهرجانات والشركاء وأولياء الأمور. ونحن لا نجمع عن قصد أيّ معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. ونرجو ممن هم دون الثامنة عشرة استخدام الموقع بمشاركة وليّ الأمر فقط، ولا نطلب أيّ بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. وإن كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قد زوّدنا بمعلومات شخصية، فيرجى التواصل معنا وسنحذفها فورًا.

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We use a small amount of browser “local storage” to remember your language preference so the site loads the way you like. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings. “Content” means all material on the Website and in any pitch or production materials, including but not limited to the names, characters and designs of Harf, Esem, Orjuan, Sukoon, Dama and Fateen; the film and project “Harf & Esem: Forced Landing”; the Fateen interactive game and everything that makes it up (its software, source and object code, gameplay, levels, characters, user interface, artwork, audio and music) hosted at games.harfesem.com; logos, artwork, illustrations, storyboards, sketches, scripts, songs, music, audio, video, photographs, text, the Cubes Game, product designs, and the look and feel of the Website. يُقصد بـ«المحتوى» جميع المواد الموجودة على الموقع وفي أيّ مواد عرض أو إنتاج، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أسماء وشخصيات وتصاميم حرف، وإسم، وأرجوان، وسكون، وضمة، وفطين؛ والفيلم والمشروع «حرف وإسم: هبوط اضطراري»؛ ولعبة فطين التفاعلية وكلّ ما تتكوّن منه (برمجياتها، وشفرتها المصدرية والكائنية، وطريقة لعبها، ومراحلها، وشخصياتها، وواجهة المستخدم، ورسوماتها، وأصواتها وموسيقاها) المستضافة على games.harfesem.com؛ والشعارات والرسومات والرسوم التوضيحية واللوحات القصصية والاسكتشات والنصوص والأغاني والموسيقى والمقاطع الصوتية والمرئية والصور والنصوص ولعبة المكعّبات وتصاميم المنتجات والطابع العام للموقع ومظهره.
3.Intellectual property & content protectionالملكية الفكرية وحماية المحتوى
All Content is the exclusive property of Wisdom Seven and Sand Dunes Studio (or its licensors) and is protected by the copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws of the State of Qatar and by international treaties, including the Berne Convention. The characters, names, logos and the title “Harf & Esem” are trademarks and protected creative works of the Initiative. All rights are reserved. جميع «المحتوى» ملكية حصرية لشركة وِزدم سفن واستوديو ساند ديونز (أو الجهات المرخِّصة لهما)، وهو محميّ بموجب قوانين حقوق المؤلّف والعلامات التجارية والملكية الفكرية في دولة قطر وبموجب المعاهدات الدولية، بما فيها اتفاقية برن. وتُعدّ الشخصيات والأسماء والشعارات وعنوان «حرف وإسم» علاماتٍ تجارية وأعمالًا إبداعية محميّة للمبادرة. جميع الحقوق محفوظة.
4.Limited permission to viewإذن محدود للاطلاع
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to view the Website for your own information and for evaluating a potential investment, festival, partnership or collaboration. This permission does not transfer any ownership or right in the Content. يُمنح لك إذنٌ محدود وشخصيّ وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابل للإلغاء، للاطّلاع على الموقع لمعلوماتك الشخصية ولتقييم فرصة استثمار أو مهرجان أو شراكة أو تعاون محتمل. ولا ينقل هذا الإذن أيّ ملكية أو حقّ في «المحتوى».

Any pitch decks, project documents, budgets, grant information, scripts, designs or other materials shared with you — whether on this Website, by email or in person — are confidential and provided solely for evaluation. 13.Governing law & jurisdictionالقانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar. تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين دولة قطر. ويخضع أيّ نزاع ينشأ عن الموقع أو يتعلّق به للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصّة في دولة قطر.
